Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, permanent bans, and where required, reporting to law enforcement.

5. Content Ownership & Licence

The Tatva editorial content is owned by The Tatva or licensed to us. By posting user-generated content, you grant The Tatva a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use and display such content in connection with platform operation and promotion.

The Platform may include third-party links and integrations. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
